What your day would look like
At Zaptec, we like to keep things smart, electric, and human. Right now, we're looking for someone who’s eager to grow into a role where relationships matter, curiosity is key, and no two days look the same.
As our new Account Manager, you’ll join our Oslo-based sales team and work closely with the network of sales partners and installers that bring our charging solutions to life. Your job? Help them succeed. Whether it’s by supporting ongoing projects, joining client meetings, offering product advice, or simply being a reliable sparring partner — you’ll be there when it counts.
You will also represent Zaptec at industry events, trade shows, and partner gatherings, turning everyday conversations into lasting connections.
And you won’t do it alone. You’ll work closely with the rest of our commercial team and collaborate across departments to solve challenges and spot new opportunities — always with our “win as a team” philosophy at heart.
In this role, we believe some of your tasks will be to:
Manage and grow relationships with our existing sales channels and sales partners.
Build relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers for existing partners.
Understand our partner’s needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Help our partners & installers win new business and increase our SOW (Share of Wallet).
Create, maintain, and build your own partner & sales pipeline in our CRM system.
Stay up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market.

Some personal skills we value
Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills, know how to build trust with partners and relevant stakeholders.
A collaborative approach—you thrive in a team that often works cross-functionally to deliver value.
You like challenges and are a good problem solver.
Interest in technology and digital solutions.
Background or knowledge from our industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
As for the skills required for this job
Experience from sales (especially B2B sales), technical sales, business development, partner management, or similar customer-facing roles.
Fluent in Norwegian and English, oral & written.
A valid driver’s license (you’ll be out visiting partners often).
