What your day would look like

In this role, you’ll actively grow the Zaptec ecosystem in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

You open doors, spot opportunities that others might miss and turn them into long-term partnerships.

You’ll work closely with our Benelux team in Amsterdam and connect with key players in the EV space such as CPOs, wholesalers, car brands and EMS providers.

You’ll be mainly focused on mapping and creating new opportunities, validating concepts, building relationships and developing strategic collaborations.

What your day might include

  • Identifying, approaching and onboarding new partners in the EV market.

  • Discovering and shaping collaboration and integration opportunities with partners.

  • Strengthening and expanding Zaptec’s presence in the Benelux together with the local team.

  • Closely tracking market developments, competitors and EV trends, and turning insights into action.

  • Representing Zaptec at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings and networking events.

  • Delivering trainings for wholesalers and installers.

  • Organising seminars or knowledge sessions to share insights, build relationships and generate leads.

You bring curiosity, credibility and a natural ability to move conversations forward. You enjoy creating your own opportunities, taking ownership and acting pragmatically. And you like working where tech, partnerships and business development come together.

As for the skills required for this job

  • Bachelor-level thinking and working.

  • Experience in business development and/or strategic partnerships.

  • Experience with technical integrations is a plus.

  • Experience with or at CPOs, wholesalers, car manufacturers or EMS providers is a plus.

  • Knowledge of and network in the EV market is a huge plus.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and influence relationships.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

  • The role covers both the Netherlands and Belgium (50/50).
