What your day would look like
As Zaptec rapidly continues to grow and the demand for our chargers increases, we are now looking for a Client Advisor to join our team and support our customers with the installation and use of our chargers.
In this role, we believe some of your tasks will be to:
Handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Providing online and offline customer onboarding.
Performing ad-hoc tasks that arise within the technical support team.
Contributing to the key objectives (KPIs).

As for the skills required for this job
Experience working in a customer-facing role
Fluent in English and Norwegian, both oral and written.
Experience with using CRM/ERP systems is a bonus
