What your day would look like
As a Client Advisor, you will play an essential role in our growing Stockholm office, supporting our customers with the installation and use of our chargers. As Zaptec rapidly expands internationally and our production scales, we need more talented Client Advisors to ensure our customers continue to feel supported and at ease.
We are currently expanding into the Finnish market, and Finnish language skills are considered a strong asset. If you speak Finnish, you may have the opportunity to take an active role in shaping our presence in Finland and supporting the local market.
In this role, we believe some of your tasks will be to:
Handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Providing online and offline customer onboarding.
Performing ad-hoc tasks that arise within the technical support team.
Contributing to the key objectives (KPIs).

As for the skills required for this job
Experience in a customer-facing role
Fluent in English and Swedish, both orally and written.
Finnish language skills are highly appreciated
Experience with using CRM/ERP systems is a plus
A basic technical understanding is beneficial
