What your day would look like

As a Client Advisor, you’ll be part of our Swedish support team, helping our partners and installers solve technical questions and deliver great Zaptec experiences. This is not first-line end-customer support. You’ll be a trusted second-line contact for the people installing, selling and supporting our products in the market.

In this role, some of your tasks will be to:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing inquiries from partners and installers.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to installation, configuration and product use.

  • Explain technical solutions in a clear and helpful way.

  • Support partners and installers with onboarding, guidance and best practices.

  • Build strong relationships with the companies and people representing Zaptec.

  • Work closely with colleagues across support, sales and technical teams.

  • Contribute to team goals, service quality and smarter ways of working.

Is this you?

To thrive as a Client Advisor, we believe you have a genuine interest in customer support, strong technical problem-solving skills, and an understanding of what contributes to a positive customer experience. You enjoy taking initiative and communicate confidently with customers, whether on the phone, via email, or in person.

As for the skills required for this job

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to understand how systems, products and processes interact, and to explain technical solutions clearly.

  • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
