Denmark is an important market for Zaptec and we are already established with several partners.


  • Commercial leadership for the Danish market (B2B and B2C)
  • Lead and develop the sales team.
  • Full P&L responsibility with follow-up and implementation of measures to achieve ambitious growth targets.

  • Development and implementation of the business strategy, and define sales goals and measurement parameters based on overall objectives.
  • Work strategically and operationally to create customers and suppliers in the region
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives across the sale and in the sales process
  • Assist with design and content of tenders as well as launch of new services/products
  • Coordinate market research and analyse EV charging development
  • Training and development responsibility for employees
  • Be visible in the role externally and develop leadership-level relationships with customers and partners
  • Create enthusiasm, commitment and help develop a powerful sales culture where company values are central
  • Report to Board of Directors at Zaptec Denmark

Skills and Experience

  • BSc or MSc in Business, Engineering or other relevant subject areas
  • Strong operational manager with high work capacity and strong commercial understanding and ability to identify strategic opportunities
  • Data driven and can work insights based on identifying commercial opportunities
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to give clear goals and direction.
  • Systematic and responsible in own and overall work
  • Good collaborative skills internally and externally as well as a natural quality to motivate and guide the company direction
  • Industry experience is preferred
