What your day would look like

As we continue to grow across Europe, we’re now looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers and partners succeed with Zaptec in France and other French-speaking markets.

In this role, you’ll work closely with installers, distributors, charging point operators and other partners, helping them get the most value from our products and services. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth customer journey after the sale.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues across sales, support, product and marketing, both locally and at our headquarters in Norway, giving you a unique opportunity to influence how we scale and support our growing customer base.

In your day to day, you will:

  • Onboard new customers and partners, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed with Zaptec.

  • Build strong long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.

  • Deliver training sessions and workshops tailored to customer and partner needs.

  • Help customers increase adoption and get maximum value from Zaptec’s products and services.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, engagement and retention.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, support and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Gather customer feedback and share insights that help improve our products, services and processes.

  • Contribute to creating scalable onboarding, training and customer success initiatives.

Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll also:

  • Represent Zaptec at customer events, trade shows and partner meetings.

  • Support the development of customer success processes as we continue to grow in the region.

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and help shape future improvements.

As for the skills required for this job

We know that great candidates don’t always tick every box, but we believe experience in some of the following areas will help you succeed in this role:

  • Previous experience in a complex B2B ecosystem and comfortable working in a technical environment (hardware/software/IT integrations)

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Service or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Experience onboarding, training or supporting B2B customers.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with CRM and customer success tools.

  • Interest in technology and the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way.

  • Experience from EV charging, energy, SaaS or other technical industries is an advantage.

  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
