What your day would look like
As part of Zaptec's continued growth, we are now looking for an Integration Engineer to join our global support team to close the gap between the company and our customers. You will get a central role in being the customer's voice towards our developers and the company while playing a vital role in increasing our customer satisfaction rates ⚡️
By joining our global support department, you will work closely with all of our other subsidiaries as a link between our support, product, technical, and sales departments. Your role will involve providing help and contributing to each country's support team by having dedicated expertise within integrations. Moreover, you will identify and communicate errors to partners, and act as the main point of contact for integration knowledge. You will take the lead in the management of integration support processes, ensuring timely and accurate responses to partner inquiries. You will also;
Collaborate with various stakeholders to build competence within the organization and respond to inquiries at an earlier stage.

In the last year, we have grown our customer base quite a lot and as a result, we have more questions, feedback, and tickets coming in than ever before. As we continue to grow, we aim to add more customer-centric support engineers to work dedicatedly with this.
