What your day would look like

As an Integration Specialist, you will directly impact our company’s portfolio and international growth by leading the customer journey, onboarding and support of our products with a focus on software integrations with partners.

You will work closely with our support, product and software teams to ensure the delivery of new and existing integrations between partners, customers and our systems. As a principal figure within integrations, you will also collaborate with our support team to create standards and procedures to deliver top customer support.

In this role, we believe some of your tasks will be to:

  • To create and maintain best practices on communicating via Zaptecs API and the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), as well as being a subject expert on all integration-related issues
  • Facilitate onboarding of new commercial partners as well as support on integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the Customer Success journey for integration partners, and to develop and maintain competence, procedures and standards for the Support team.
  • Facilitate support for partners with their software integrations for all Zaptec products.
  • Being an internal contact point for questions regarding OCPP and APIs
  • Work closely with our product team to develop integrations as a service.  

Is this you?


To thrive as our new Integration Specialist, we believe you are passionate about tech and software. You have great proficiency in determining the causes of errors and fixing them. Further, we think you get motivated by working in cross-functional teams including product, software- and cloud engineers.

As for the skills required for this job, we believe you have:

  • A degree in software engineering, computer science, IT or similar.
  • Experience with application support in a related field.
  • Knowledge about REST APIs
  • Experience with OCPP (open charge point protocol) is a bonus
  • Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to partners and internal departments.
