What your day would look like

With the recent creation of its French subsidiary, Zaptec is seeking to strengthen its start-up team and recruit for the position of Key Account Manager, Electric Mobility at its headquarters in Paris.

Ensuring and driving positive commercial development with Key Accounts in France:

  • In agreement with the general management, you will define the key accounts development strategy and ensure its proper implementation in accordance with set objectives.
  • You will identify, evaluate, develop and retain a network of key account customers from many sectors, particularly energy, automotive, property, retail and parking. You will accompany them in their discussions and ensure correct oversight of their accounts.
  • You will identify and assess their needs, propose appropriate solutions and ensure closure of the sale.
  • You will identify AO/AMIs at a national level, manage relevant responses with the internal team and partners with the aim of winning the business.
  • You will be the driving force behind the development and delivery of a suitable, tailored solution.
  • Once the business has been launched, you will create, recruit and motivate your KAM team and help them to evolve.
  • You will represent Zaptec to stakeholders involved in the profession and actively contribute to the development of the company’s reputation and customer loyalty.
  • You will manage your scope with great autonomy under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer.

As for the skills required for this job

  • Higher education qualification (master’s degree minimum) in business or engineering.
  • You will have successful commercial experience working with long-term key accounts and experience working with demanding clients from the energy, automotive, property, retail or parking sectors. 
  • The ideal candidate will have previously worked for a charging operator, installer, integrator or manufacturer or distributor of charging/mobility/access/network solutions.
  •  Good command of English is essential. 
  • You will be prepared for short and frequent trips in France.
