As the Marketing Manager for Switzerland, you will shape and execute localized marketing strategies that align with our global objectives. You have a central role in our marketing efforts, including events and tradeshows, partner marketing, as well as content & digital marketing. We share the passion for customer insight, brand building, creative growth mindset, and love for green tech solutions that can save the planet 🙌🏽

Even though we like to dream big, we also know the importance of relaxation with friends and family after a day at work. We can't say exactly how your day-to-day is going to look like, but it could include this:

• Lead B2B marketing initiatives, such as a digital campaign, to build our brand or generate leads.

• Plan and manage a trade show presence, collaborating with a local partner.

• Create marketing materials and work on a project with the global marketing team.

• Use the CRM tool to send out a newsletter and exchange with the sales team regarding a technical question.

• Track SEO performance and update the local website with a content piece.

• Support the sales team with a marketing request from a partner.

As for the skills required for this job

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, such as marketing, communications, or business.

• 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing - especially event management and content marketing.

• Strong organizational skills with a knack for keeping projects on track.

• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms. Familiarity with HubSpot is a big plus.

• Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written. French and/or Italian are an advantage.
