What your day would look like
At Zaptec, we’re on a mission to accelerate the shift to sustainable mobility and we’re doing it by building charging technology that’s as smart as it is reliable. As we continue to grow our presence in France, we’re looking for someone who thrives in the intersection of technology, people, and commercial impact. Someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, supporting partners, and making customers feel taken care of from day one.
This hybrid role combines technical expertise with customer success and gives you real ownership in a fast-moving market. If you like variety and want to make an impact across both sales and deployment, you’ll feel right at home here.
You’ll spend your time:
Supporting sales teams and reseller partners with technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
Preparing technical input for RFPs for us or for partners and coordinating technical needs during new partnership negotiations.
Advising on project studies, costings, and providing deployment support - including first commissioning.
Onboarding and training partners so they feel confident working with Zaptec solutions on both sales and technicals matters.
Coordinating integration and hardware tests together with our internal technical teams.
Following up with partners, ensuring satisfaction, and managing technical cases when needed.

As for the skills required for this job
2–4 years in a technical support, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in electrical engineering.
Experience with RFPs or technical documentation for commercial teams.
Fluent French and comfortable using technical English.
It’s an extra advantage if you have experience with any of the following:
Insight into electrical systems or EV charging.
Knowledge of IT integrations, OCPP, or tools like Caneco.
Experience with CRM or ticketing systems.
