What your day would look like

  • Be responsible for the entire sales process, from start to finish
  • Analyze the trends and technical development of the Swedish market
  • Identify key customers in the Swedish market and create new business opportunities
  • Prepare and hold presentations adapted to each potential customer
  • Work to have a deep understanding of the customer's needs
  • Work actively towards key figures and ensure target fulfillment of own KPI

  • Goal and results-oriented and have a business acumen

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in end-to-end sales processes, from first contact to contract negotiation and signing
  • Has broad experience in business development, specifically in B2B where you have worked with different types of CRM systems
  • Has a commercial mindset and the ability to creatively identify different sales opportunities
  • Has excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, and knows how to create and hold presentations both internally and externally like the back of your hand

It’s great if you also:

  • Have experience in sales, specifically in the electrical industry, renewable energy, or green tech
  • Have a university degree in business, economics, or similar
  • Worked within rapidly growing companies and start-ups before
  • Finally, we would like you to have experience working with various key clients

Time to meet the Hiring Manager and learn more about the team and the tasks of the job

A more thorough interview to get to know you even better. Might include different assessments tools.

So far, so good! Time to do a reference check with someone you have worked closely with.
