What your day would look like

Due to the strong growth of Zaptec and an increased demand for our chargers, we are looking for a Client Advisor to join our growing team and support our customers with the installation and use of our chargers in Sweden.

Your day-to-day activities could include ;

- Promptly handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries. 

- Maintaining and building customer relationships.

- Providing online and offline customer onboarding.

- Efficiently performing ad-hoc tasks that arise within the Technical support team.

- Contributing to the key objectives (KPIs).

As for the skills required for this job

  • Experience working in customer-facing roles.  
  • Fluency in English and Swedish, both orally and written. 
  • Experience in using CRM/ERP systems will be advantageous. 
  • Knowledge of electrical concepts, OCPP or API will be an added advantage.

A short and informal call with one of our recruiters to get to know each other better.

Time to meet the Hiring Manager and learn more about the team and the tasks of the job

3. Secondary interview
A more thorough interview to get to know you even better. Might include different assessments tools.

So far, so good! Time to do a reference check with someone you have worked closely with.
