What your day would look like

To support our continued growth in Switzerland, we’re looking for a structured and service-minded colleague who enjoys working at the intersection of customers, partners, and internal teams. In this role, you’ll play an important part in making sure our partners and customers receive the support they need, from the first enquiry to completed orders.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across logistics, sales, support and finance, ensuring that requests are handled smoothly and efficiently. From our office, you’ll be in daily contact with partners such as electrical installers, property managers and energy providers, adapting your communication to different audiences and building strong, trusted relationships along the way.

Your day might include

  • Managing orders coming in through our online shop and email channels

  • Supporting customers and partners via phone and email

  • Preparing quotes and helping customers find the right solutions

  • Coordinating internally with logistics, sales and support teams to ensure smooth deliveries and processes

  • Assisting the finance team with invoicing and payment follow-ups

  • Stepping in to support colleagues across the Zaptec team when needed

Is this you?

You enjoy helping customers and partners find solutions and take pride in making things run smoothly. You’re comfortable working in a technical environment and have a natural curiosity when it comes to understanding how things work.

You’re proactive, organised, and quick to learn. When challenges arise, you stay focused until the issue is resolved. You also enjoy working closely with colleagues and see teamwork as an essential part of achieving great results.

As for the skills required for this job

  • Experience with order processing and basic accounting or invoicing tasks.

  • Comfortable working in a technical environment and confident using IT systems.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Fluency in Swiss German and French is essential.

  • English are required. Italian is considered a strong advantage.
