What your day would look like

As a Technical Specialist in our Benelux team, you’ll be the go-to person for our installers, partners, and customers. Your days will be a mix of hands-on support and relationship building, where no two days look quite the same. One moment you might be answering technical questions on the phone or by email, the next you’re guiding installers in the field or online. You’ll host training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops, and you’ll meet with customers to make sure they feel supported and confident using our solutions.

Throughout it all, you’ll work closely with your colleagues in Customer Support & Success to deliver the best possible experience every single time.

Is this you?

You’re someone who naturally puts the customer first and enjoys having conversations that build trust and understanding. Solving problems gives you energy, and you take pride in making sure things run smoothly for the people you support. You’re curious about technology, energy, and digital solutions – always eager to learn something new. Communicating in both Dutch and English feels easy for you, and with our Amsterdam office as your base at least three days a week, you’ll feel right at home with the team.

As for the skills required for this job

  • 1-3 years of experience within electrical work, technical support, or a related field.

  • Educational background in electrical engineering or technical support is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters in a simple way.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a must.

  • Experience in energy or EV charging solutions is a plus.
