What your day would look like
You’ll play a key role in keeping our Swiss operations running smoothly, connecting customers, partners, and internal teams across Zaptec.
From our office, you’ll support customers and partners with both technical and administrative needs, working closely with colleagues in sales, logistics, support, and finance to ensure everything is handled efficiently and to a high standard.
You’ll be in daily contact with professionals across the construction and energy sectors, from electricians and property managers to energy providers, and know how to adapt your communication to each of them.
Some days, you’ll be answering questions and solving challenges. Other days, you’ll be preparing offers, processing orders, or configuring charging solutions. No two days are quite the same, and that’s exactly what makes the role exciting.
What your role might include
Supporting technical and administrative enquiries, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
Processing orders from our webshop and incoming requests.
Preparing technically sound and tailored quotations, and supporting the sales team.
Managing and following up on cases in our ticketing system.
Supporting with invoicing and finance-related administrative tasks.

You’re comfortable in a technical environment, and just as confident communicating with customers. You’re curious, proactive, and motivated by finding solutions that truly help people.

As for the skills required for this job
A technical background (ideally as an electrician), combined with commercial understanding.
At least 2 years of experience in an electro-technical or similar environment.
Fluent in Swiss German and French, with strong written and spoken German.
Everyday English skills are required, and if you also speak Italian, that’s a big bonus.
