What your day would look like

As our Technical Support Specialist you'll be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through maintaining customer relationships pro & reactively.

You're expected to educate clients on best practices, product features & self-service resources, and, when needed, collaborate with clients to develop customized training plans, ensuring they have the skills & knowledge to effectively use our offerings. This also includes technical onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our ecosystem.

Work tasks also include technical troubleshooting by Zaptec's support channels, escalation management of complex technical issues, and continuous improvement of processes and workflow

What your day-to-day might look like:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring proactive technical support and guidance

  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure client needs are met and exceeded

  • Provide expert technical guidance and recommendations to clients

  • Support installers and partners trough the channels that Zaptec operates with

  • Assist senior system in promoting suggestions to changes in routines, work methods e.g in Zendesk

  • Maintain a minimum of backlog and make sure installers are getting help as fast as possible

  • Help customers and partners understand, sell, and deliver our products

  • Have a proactive perspective and promote activities that reduces incoming enquiries

  • Handle returns, order cancellations and warranty replacements

    After a work-day we encourage you to go home and relax. Be with friends and family or do your hobbies. It's healthy.

As for the skills required for this job

  • Experience with electrical work and/or technical support

  • Experience from relevant industries such as the EV charging, energy or utility sector is preferred.

  • Knowledge and interest in energy and charging technology and solutions

  • You're a supportive role model towards your coworkers and convey Zaptecs values internally and externally

  • You're proactive and opportunity driven within your field with a focus on making positive changes for our customers and our employees

  • You're creative and independent when needed, but structured and able to work efficient in your team

  • You have high integrity and always keep Zaptec's customer in mind

  • You're result orientated, have a good business understanding and focus on completing your goals

  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written, fluency in French is a plus
