We are building a new Strategic Design team and would like to scale up and accelerate our ability to produce insight-driven products and services. Together with our ambitious team, you will get a central role in developing and executing Zaptec's design strategies and the way in which we work.⚡️

As our new UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for ensuring our products and services are people-centric, rooted in their needs and desires. Moreover, you will challenge, propose, and implement creative solutions that will improve the Zaptec experience while contributing to and leveraging our design system. 

Some skills we value

• You have an interest in implementing a holistic understanding of the Zaptec experience, within and outside the company.
• Deep knowledge of design tools, such as Figma, Sketch, etc.
  

• Appreciation for design systems and experience with how to improve and make use of them.

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles.

• Familiarity with scrum/agile/lean methodologies and comfortable writing user stories.
